Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. A full refund in store credit
  2. A refund to your original payment method

Note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

If you receive a faulty item, please email Support@sharkblanket.us within 15 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

We only accept cancellation requests before the order ships and a tracking number is issued.

  • If your order has not been shipped, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
  • If a tracking number has already been issued, the order cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

We do not offer refunds or returns if:

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided.
  • The package was not picked up on time and was returned to us.
